Delivery & Return

Delivery fee

 

The following delivery costs apply:

  • Australia wide - flat rate of $10 AUD
  • Overseas - flat rate of $15 AUD

      No express delivery is offered at this stage.

       

      Delivery

      Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address via Standard Delivery, we will use reasonable endeavors to deliver the order within ten working days (Monday – Friday,  excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.

      Please note NatureCeuticals is currently unable to support time slot delivery.

      Where the order is to be delivered to an overseas address, we will use reasonable endeavors to deliver the order within twenty working days (Monday – Friday,  excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.

       

      Prices and Payment

      All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

      The amount payable to NatureCeuticals Australia for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:

      1. the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);
      2. the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and
      3. the sum of any other fees which we levy from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees).

      You must pay the Order Amount by credit card at the time of submitting the Order.  We accept Visa & Mastercard only.

       

      Refunds and Returns

      Only items purchased on the NatureCeuticals website can be returned for refund or exchange.  Items purchased in a retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

      Requests for refund or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery of goods. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. 

      Requests for refund or exchange due to errors in order processing or damaged items will be arranged at the expense of NatureCeuticals. Items ordered in error may be accepted for return or exchange at your own cost.
